DATE : 30 APRIL, 2024 P.C. :- This civil revision application is filed by the original defendant challenging ex-parte judgment and decree passed by the Trial Court and the judgment and decree passed by the District Court dismissing the appeal.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 11 June, 2024.

Apart from the Court notice, the applicant is also permitted to serve the respondent by private notice, by all permissible

In the meantime, till the next date of the hearing there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c). The said prayer clause (c) reads as under :- (c) That pending the hearing and final disposal of the present Civil Revision Application this Hon'ble Court be pleased to stay the execution, operation and implementation of the impugned order dated 2 March, 2024 passed by the learned District Judge-2, Ichalkaranji in Regular Civil Appeal No. 15 of 2022 and the judgment and order dated 22 February, 2022 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ichalkaranji, in Regular Civil Suit No. 135 of 2020.
