Heard Mr. Bhatia, learned Advocate for Applicant. 2.

Mr. Bhatia draws my attention to the impugned order dated 05.01.2024 passed below Exhibit-86 in Marriage Petition No.1325 of 2017 appended at Exhibit-D, page No.67 to the Civil Revision Application.

After going through the said order and ascertaining the serious contents thereof, I am being informed by Mr. Bhatia that attempts for resolution and settlement have been made by the parties unsuccessfully.

Be that as it may, in view of the challenge to the impugned order dated 05.01.2024 and issue involved, I am inclined to issue notice to Respondent as I desire to hear the Respondent also. 5.

Hence, issue notice to the Respondent. Humdast permitted.

Respondent is directed to take cognizance of Civil Revision Application and this order and remain present on the next adjourned date.
