It is clarified that the directions contained in paragraph No. 7 of the order dated 14.06.2024 would mean that the proceedings before the learned Trial Court are stayed. Once a substantial challenge maintained to the rejection of the Application under O. VII, R. 11 and the Revision Application is before this Court, it is clear that this Court is seized of the proceedings and therefore learned Trial Court is directed by this Court to stay the proceedings in the Suit until the present CRA is determined by this Court.
