The learned counsel appearing for parties have jointly moved disposed of Civil Revision Application for the purpose of filing Addendum to the Consent Minutes of Order dated 11 June 2024. It is pointed out that the Consent Minutes of Order dated 11 June 2024 have been signed by the Applicant in his capacity as Proprietor of M/s. Raviraj Process Controls. It is clarified that the Civil Revision Application shall stand disposed of in terms of Consent Minutes of Order dated 11 Jun 2024 read with the Addendum dated 29 July 2024.
