The Appellate Bench of Small Causes Court, Mumbai, by Order dated 29th August 2018 has directed payment of Rs.5,000/- as compensation during the pendency of the said Appeal. Dusane

As the suit premises is only of 120 sq. feet in Dadar area, till hearing of the Civil Revision Application, the Applicant shall deposit the compensation at the rate of Rs.7,500/- per month w.e.f. 1st March 2025. Such compensation is to be paid on or before 10th day of each succeeding month. Such first compensation at the rate of Rs.7,500/- per month is to be paid on or before 10th April 2025. (MADHAV J.
