This Court by Order dated 24th March 2025 admitted the Civil Revision Application and granted interim relief by directing that the compensation @ Rs.7,500/- to be deposited before the learned Trial Court. The compensation of Rs.7,500/- was directed to be paid as the suit premises is of only 120 sq. feet in Dadar area of Mumbai. The said Order passed by this Court admitting the Civil Revision Application and granting interim relief was challenged before the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court by Order dated 18th July 2025 disposed of the S.L.P. by making request to the High Court to decide the Civil Revision Application at an early date within six months. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent seeks time till 30th September 2025 to argue the matter finally.

Both the parties to file Written Submissions on or before the next date.

Stand over to 30th September 2025 at 3.00 p.m. for final hearing.
