This Court, by Order dated 24th March 2025, admitted the Civil Revision Application and as the suit premises admeasures only 120 sq. ft., directed the deposit of compensation at the rate of Rs.7,500/- per month. The said Order has been challenged by the Respondent by filing Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.17303 of 2025. Although the Supreme Court has not entertained the said SLP, requested the High Court to decide the Writ Petition at an early date, and as far as possible, within six months. Therefore, the matter is placed today at 03:00 p.m. for final hearing. The matter has reached at 04:50 p.m.. 2.

This Court is having Assignment of Anticipatory Bail Applications from the Districts of Pune and Nashik, along with matters under the Rent Act, Family Court, and Domestic Violence Act and therefore this

As there are only 12 working days available before Diwali Vacation, it will not be possible to hear the Civil Revision Application finally before Diwali Vacation. 3.
