Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that the affidavit in reply has been affirmed and he will verify whether the affidavit in reply is filed in Court or not, and, if not, the Respondents will file affidavit in reply within a period of one week and serve its copy on the Applicant. 3.

In the event copy of the affidavit in reply is served on the applicant, the applicant is at liberty to file an affidavit in rejoinder within a period of two weeks.

Interim protection granted earlier shall continue to operate till the next date.
