WRIT PETITION NO. 10069 OF 2024:

The impugned order is a revisable order under Section 115 1/3
of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to convert the Writ Petition into Civil Revision Application.

Leave granted.

Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. After the amendment is carried out, office is directed to convert the Writ Petition into Civil Revision Application. After the Writ Petition is converted into Civil Revision Application, same to be listed alongwith Writ Petition No. 1414 of 2025.

This petition needs to be decided finally at admission stage. Respective counsels appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2 waive notice for final disposal.

Issue notice for final disposal at admission stage to respondent no. 3. Notice is made returnable on 16th July 2025. 6.

In addition to Court notice, learned advocate for the petitioner shall serve the respondent by private notice and file affidavit of service before the next date.
