The learned APP pointed out that by deciding the matter bearing No.2022/भुसुधार/कुळ/कावी-139 as per the direction given by this Court has been complied by Tahsildar, Ausa. He has also placed on record the judgment in that case. It appears that direction given to Tahsildar, Ausa, is only in respect of deciding the aforesaid matter within 150 days. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner raised grievance that the order is not completely complied with. He wants to file affidavit in that respect as such last chance is granted for filing such affidavit. Stand over to 29.01.2026.
