Learned AGP place on record affidavit-in-reply along with order dated 22.02.2024. On going through the same, it appears that the direction given by this Court to the Tahsildar has been complied with by passing the aforesaid order. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order is not properly passed, however, the order is now passed and, therefore, he may challenge the same separately, which according to learned AGP, he has challenged in Writ Petition No.12765/2017. Thus, the order under contempt appears to be complied with. As such, the petition stands disposed of.
