Learned A. G. P. tenders across the bar communication dated 11 March 2024, thereby the Deputy Director of Education has written to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad Beed assigning the reasons as to why petitioners' names cannot be included in the online portal for disbursement of salary (Shalarth Pranali).

However, it is being pointed out by the learned advocate for the petitioners, the question of grant of approval was beyond the purview of Deputy Director of Education. He could not have resorted to the reasons he has assigned in the light of the

2 cp 378.24 directions of this Court.
