This contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of order dated 15th June, 2023 passed in Writ Petition No. 6351 of 2023 which reads thus :- "3.

The writ petition is partly allowed and is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to consider the petitioner's grievance put up by him vide communication dated 12-17-2O21 (available at page 73 of the petition) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only provisional pension has been released. He submits that final pension papers are not processed.

Learned A.G.P. for the answering respondents seeks time. 4.

Considering the above order, we direct Respondent No.3 to either comply with the aforesaid directions before the next date or remain personally present before this Court on the next date.
