Heard Mr. Joshi, learned Advocate for Applicants and Mr. Pandit, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 1. 2.

Prima facie, in my opinion this is a luxury litigation. Mr. Pandit has a grievance that the exparte ad interim order passed in the present Petition is affecting the rights of Plaintiffs. Liberty to the Plaintiffs to take out appropriate Application for vacating the ad interim order. If such an Application is filed, copy of the same shall be served on the Revision Applicants in advance.

It is clarified that Suit proceedings before the Trial Court shall stand stayed in view of substantial challenge being maintained in the
