Mr. Sanglikar, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that there is companion Writ Petition No.56 Sonali

Accordingly, Civil Revision Application No.400 of 2024 is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such. 4.

Writ Petition No.56 of 2023 which is not on board, is taken on board and the same is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

As the Writ Petition is withdrawn and disposed of as such, interim order if any, operating in Writ Petition No.56 of 2023 stands vacated forthwith.
