Date : 29 AUGUST 2024.

P.C. :

1) The Judgment in the Civil Revision Application was reserved after hearing the arguments canvassed by the learned counsel appearing for the parties on 12 August 2024. When the Civil Revision Application was listed for pronouncement of order on 27 August 2024, both the learned counsel jointly made a request in the Court not to pronounce the order as the parties were in the process of settling the disputes amongst themselves. Accordingly, the Judgment in the Civil Revision Application was not pronounced and the Revision Application is listed today for directions / filing of consent terms.

Consent terms are tendered, which have been erroneously titled as 'consent minutes of the order'. Both the learned counsel however submit that what are tendered are in fact consent terms, which are signed by the Applicant and by the Respondent as well as by their respective advocates. The signatories are present in the Court and admit their signatures on the consent terms as well as contents thereof. Consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Civil Revision Application is accordingly disposed of. 3) In view of the disposal of the Civil Revision Application, all pending Application are disposed of.
