Learned counsel for the applicants was heard yesterday for adinterim relief. At the request of learned counsel for the contesting respondents matter was spill over for today. Learned counsel for the contesting respondents on instructions makes statement that even decree is not drawn till date as no application is filed to that effect by the respondents. He therefore, has no hesitation to make a statement that till the next date of hearing there is no possibility of execution of the said decree. This statement is accepted.
