Learned AGP submits that Commissioner is directed to raise the demand with Government for payment of compensation to the petitioners, and as soon as the amount is received, the same would be credited in the account of Special Land Acquisition Officer, and it would be paid to the petitioners. The demand should be raised within two (02) weeks from today. The Government shall release the amount, as per demand, within eight (08) weeks thereafter.
