However, some members from the family of the petitioner raised an objection about the entitlement of each member of the family. Civil Suit bearing RCS No.672/2022 is also pending. In view of the objection raised on 14th February 2023 by Ahmedbi Noor Shaikh, the amount is not actually disbursed. The amount would be disbursed immediately after the decree

( 2 ) 936-CP-447-2024 is passed by the Civil Court.
