Though Respondent No. 3 has complied with the direction given by this Court pursuant to the contempt order, the learned counsel for the petitioners still argued that the disbursement of the amount remains to be carried out. However, with regard to the entitlement to receive the compensation, a civil suit is already pending, in which the petitioners are also party defendants. Therefore, since the contempt order has already been complied with, the scope of the present contempt petition cannot be enlarged and accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
