When this Court has shown disinclination to grant any relief, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the revision application with direction to the Wakf Tribunal to decide the application-Exhibit-18 i.e. application filed by respondent Nos.1 and 2 for condonation of delay within stipulated time by keeping specifically open all contention of the parties, more particularly the petitioner. 3.
