Heard Mr. Arjunwadkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr. Samudrala, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent.

The challenge in this Civil Revision Application is to the order dated 20th June 2024 passed by the learned District Judge-3, Solapur in Regular Civil Appeal No.69 of 2020.

Both the learned Counsel after arguing the matter for some time, on instructions, submitted that by consent of the parties the impugned Judgment and Decree be quashed and set aside and the said Regular Civil Appeal No.69 of 2020 be restored to the file of the learned District Judge-3, Solapur.

Accordingly, by consent of the parties the impugned Judgment and Decree dated 20th June 2024 passed by the learned District Judge-3, Vaibhav Page No. 1

923-CRA-552-2024.doc Solapur in Regular Civil Appeal No.69/2020 is quashed and set aside and said Regular Civil Appeal No.69 of 2020 is restored to the file of learned District Judge-3, Solapur.
