The learned AGP submits on instructions that the Petitioner can appear before the Committee within 48 hours. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner can appear on any date, as may be directed by this Court.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off, by recording the statement, as under:

A) The Petitioner would appear before Respondent No.2 Committee on 27th June, 2024 at 12.00 noon.

B) The Petitioner may submit written notes of submissions, which will be accepted by the Committee on the said date. C) As per the statement made, the Committee would decide the proceeding on or before 5th July, 2024.
