Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 makes a statement on the basis of affidavit-in-reply filed in this Court that the bills are raised in respect of pending salary of the petitioner and the same are forwarded to the office of Social Welfare Officer. 2.

Learned counsel for Social Welfare Officer makes a statement that the said bills are already forwarded to the Commissioner (Handicap Welfare), Pune. Thus, there is compliance of the directions by the present respondents. Hence, nothing survives in the petition. 3.

Petition stands disposed of.
