We have heard the learned advocates for the respective sides. The Petitioners claim to have approached the Commissioner vide order dated 15.02.2024 which is beyond the timeline given by this Court vide order dated 29.01.2024, passed in Writ Petition No.1060/2024 and connected petitions. The Deputy Superintendent Land Records, Nanded has placed a copy of the communication dated 21.03.2024 before us, which is marked as 'X' for identification. The learned AGP submits that the Petitioners were called upon to submit certain documents on the basis of which measurement charges could have been quantified. The Petitioners contend that they did not receive the said letter.

Be that as it may, the Petitioner would be better placed if they tender these documents as are required, in order to enable the Competent Authority to asses the charges for measurement. The learned advocate for the Petitioners submits on instructions that the Petitioners would tender the required documents to the Deputy Superintendent Land Records, Nanded within four weeks from today. We, therefore, direct that one week thereafter, the Deputy Superintendent Land Records would intimate the quantum of charges to the Petitioners. Within two weeks thereof, the Petitioners agree to deposit the measurement charges. Within four weeks thereafter, the Deputy Superintendent Land Records would carry out the measurement of the land with clear seven days notice to all the stake holders. 3.
In view of the above and by consent of the Petitioners, these Contempt Petitions are disposed off.
