Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants. 2.

The challenge in this application is to an order dated 26th November, 2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Satara, whereby an application preferred by the applicants - defendants for rejection of the plaint under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 came to be rejected.

An arguable question with regard to the proceedings and an order passed under Section 32G of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1956, arises for consideration.

Issue notice to respondent Nos.1 to 12, for final disposal, returnable on 3rd April, 2025.

In addition to notice through Court, the applicants are at liberty to serve the respondents by private service and file an affidavit of service.

In the meanwhile, the learned Civil Judge shall defer the hearing in RCS No.253 of 2024.
