Chavan, Joint Commissioner and Shri Sachin S. Jadhav, Deputy Director and Member Secretary, since the Committee intends to deliver an order today, he prays for leave to withdraw this Contempt Petition which is at a pre-notice stage. The learned AGP submits on instructions that the order in the Petitioner's proceeding, would be delivered today.
