Learned Advocate for the petitioners places on record the copy of the communication dated 22.08.2024 by Director of Education (Primary) calling upon the data. He also produced some document in pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 09.08.2024, however, it appears that it is not a complete document. He should produce the complete document of calculation.

We are not happy with the pace with which the respondent No.3 is moving. He is already facing the contempt proceedings and, therefore, issue simple notice to respondent No.3, to be made returnable on 06.09.2024.
