Learned AGP upon instructions placed on record the communication from the Government. It is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'A'. It appears that a Government notification has also been issued on 7th October, 2024, regarding payment of the arrears in respect of special teachers. Learned AGP submits that it will take two weeks time to actually deposit the amounts in the respective accounts of the special teachers in view of the upcoming elections. 2.

In view of the said statement, place the matter for further consideration on 02.12.2024.
