After hearing learned counsel for both the sides for sometime, learned counsel for Respondent No.4 - Zilla Parishad, Dhule submits that since no person was holding the charge of Pay Unit, the bills of the petitioner could not be processed. He further submits that within a period of three weeks some person would be appointed to look after the work of Respondent No.5 - Pay Unit (Primary) and the work would resume. 2.

The said statement of learned counsel for Respondent No.4 is taken on record. Failing on the part of Respondent No.4 to process the bills of
