Learned advocate for respondent No.2, on instructions from Education Officer Smt. Jayshree Chavan present in the court, makes a statement that the petitioner is being paid his regular salary. He further states that so far as arrears of the petitioner from March 2024 onwards are concerned, since name of the petitioner appears in the TET scam, there is technical difficulty in paying the said arrears. Correspondence in that behalf is being made with the authority for paying the arrears to the petitioner. As

2 31 cp 695-24 soon as approval is granted, the arrears would be paid to the petitioner.

We record this statement as an undertaking to the court and dispose of the contempt petition.

In view of disposal of contempt petition, Civil Application No.12744 of 2024 stands disposed of.
