It appears from the record that there is compliance of the order passed by this Court, by the respondent. The petitioner makes a grievance that after passing of the interim order by this Court, respondent has reduced his pay scale and effected recovery on the basis of reduced pay scale and therefore contempt is committed.

We do not agree with the said submission. If the petitioner has any grievance against the recovery and reduction of pay scale, he may avail appropriate remedy. Bhagyawant Punde

In view of compliance of the order, contempt Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as available in law.
