Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the order under contempt, respondent No.4 has decided the proposal of petitioner vide order dated 23rd January 2025. As such, direction appears to be complied with.

However, since the proposal of the petitioner is rejected, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the same under appropriate provisions of law. In view of the same, the contempt petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as aforesaid.
