Learned AGP, after taking instructions from Respondent No.2 - Committee, submits that if the Petitioner remains present before the Committee Tomorrow (i.e. on 26.9.2024), then, the Committee would pass order on the claim of the petitioner within a period of Two (2) weeks. Said statement is taken as an undertaking, which does not amount to extending of time which was prescribed by this Court in the original petition.

In view of the said statement, learned advocate for the petitioner undertakes that Petitioner would remain present before the Committee Tomorrow i.e. on 26.9.2024. 3.

In view of this, the Committee to decide claim of the Petitioner within a period of (2) Two weeks from today. 4.

Stand over to 16.10.2024.
