He submits that appointment order dated 24/04/2025, thereby appointing petitioner on the post of 'Peon' on compassionate ground with effect from 01/05/2025 at Shantidut Govindrao Patil Secondary and Higher Secondary School, Gonar, Taluka Kandhar, District Nanded, was forwarded to the petitioner through R.P.A.D.

Respondent No.4 to hand over the photo copy of said appointment order to learned advocate for petitioner. Respondents shall allow the petitioner to join on the post of Peon at Shantidut Govindrao Patil Secondary and Higher Secondary School, Gonar, Taluka Kandhar, District Nanded, on 01/05/2025. 3.

Contempt petition is disposed of in terms of above directions.
