By order dated 5th July 2024, Zilla Parishad was directed to deal with representation of the Petitioner and to arrive at a conclusion in accordance with the Government Resolutions and the policies applicable, on its own merits, preferably within 60 days. 2.

Pursuant to this order, according to the Zilla Parishad, Petitioner is given adjustment transfer. It is further contention of the Zilla Parishad that in view of the Government Resolution dated 18th June 2024, the Petitioner has to apply online for transfer. However, in the Affidavit-in-reply, Zilla Parishad has stated that Petitioner is not entitled for Intra District Transfer in view of the adjustment transfer accepted by the Petitioner.

The Petitioner's wife is suffering from cancer and, therefore, the case of the Petitioner is covered under Clause 1.8.18 of the Government Resolution dated 18th June 2024.

In this view of the matter, the Respondent-Zilla Parishad shall sympathetically consider the request of Intra District Transfer of the Petitioner keeping in view the Government Resolution dated 18th June 2024, in the general transfers to be effected by the end of 31st May 2025. For that purpose, the Petitioner should apply online. 5.

Stand over to 10th June 2025.
