Learned counsel Mr. Palodkar submits that the order dated 07/03/2024, whereby the petitioner's property was again placed under reservation, has subsequently been modified by the State Authorities vide EP(X).32 dated 15/04/2025. He therefore submits that nothing survives in the present contempt petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same.

In view of the above, the contempt petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
