Learned advocate for petitioners submits that the petitioners are getting only Rs.4,000/- to Rs.5,000/- per month, when as per the directions of this Court they are entitled for minimum basic pay scale of appropriately Rs.29,500/-. Though work is being extracted by the respondents from petitioners, they are being paid meager payment.

We give four weeks time to the respondents to comply with the directions given by this Court, failing which contempt proceedings shall be initiated against the respondents. 3.

Stand over to 03/11/2025.
