Learned AGP has filed affidavit-in-reply of respondent No. 6 Dr. Sarita Anant Hazare, Deputy Director, Health Services Department, Mumbai, in C. P. No. 34 of 2025 stating therein that towards the payment of the petitioners - Ambulance Drivers, the total amount of Rs. 39.19 Crores is disbursed district wise, the chart of which is placed on record at page No. 105-B. The same

-3should be paid to the petitioners on or before 10.06.2025 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners makes a grievance that till date, the petitioners have not received their salary. 3.

We call upon the Jilla Parishad's Authority in the present contempt petitions to submit an affidavit as to when, the funds disbursed by the Government of Rs. 39.19 Crores were received by respective Jilla Parishad for payment to the petitioners Ambulance Drivers and whether the same is paid to the petitioners and if not paid, why it is not paid so far ?
