Mr. H. V. Patil, learned Advocate for Respondent No.5 states that salary of the Petitioners, as per directions issued by this

{3} Court, is paid up to December, 2024. Now, Respondent No.5 has received a communication from Respondent No.3 that in the cases of similarly situated petitioners, the Apex Court has stayed the orders passed by this Court. Therefore, arrears of salary of the Petitioners are not paid till date.

Stand over to 18th June, 2025.

Respondent No.3 to virtually remain present before the Court .
