In spite of service of notice, none appears for the proposed respondents i.e. LR's of deceased respondent No.4. Their absence indicate that they have no inclination to oppose the application. 2.

Perusal of the application shows that the delay caused in filing of the application to bring LR's of deceased respondent is not intentional. No prejudice will cause to the proposed respondents if the application is allowed.
