Appeal filed by the Insurance Company is already disposed of in the Lok Adalat dated 01.12.2024 being settled as per withdrawal pursis which is marked as Exhibit 'X'. Under such circumstances, the present applicant No.1 Anand Vasant Gavit is now permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amount of compensation along with the interest accrued thereon till date.
