The applicant has filed these civil applications seeking directions to transmit the amount deposited in this Court to the Executing Court. 2.

Mr. B. R. Survase, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the first appeals in which these civil applications arise, were already withdrawn by the appellant before the National Lok Adalat held on 08.12.2018. He further submits that the said first appeals are governed by the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 along with corrigenda dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018 and therefore, the appeals are no longer live. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant has prayed that the amount deposited in this Court by the appellant/applicant be transmitted to the Executing Court so that the claimants may withdraw the same. 4.

It is noted that the issue regarding interest has been addressed by the Full Bench of this Court in State of Maharashtra v. Kailash Shiva Rangari , reported in 2016 (4) ALL MR 513.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the civil applications are allowed.

The amount deposited by the appellant/applicant in this Court shall be transmitted to the Executing Court along with interest with liberty to the claimants to withdraw the same.

Civil Applications stand disposed of.
