This is an application for condonation of delay and for restoration of Writ Petition (Stamp) No.19271 of 2024. The learned Registrar (Judicial) had passed conditional order on 21st October 2024 granting time to remove office objections. The Petitioner could not remove office objections within the stipulated time and, therefore, the registration came to be refused.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. Application is allowed. The order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 21st October 2024 stands recalled.
