The learned Counsel appearing for the parties have stated that in order to see if the disputes between the Appellant and the Respondent can be settled, a Mediator be appointed. Both parties have agreed that Ms. Leena R. Patil be appointed as a Mediator.

Considering these circumstances, we appoint Ms. Leena R. Patil to act as a Mediator in the above matter to try and see if the disputes between the Appellant and the Respondent can be resolved amicably. The parties are directed to appear before the Mediator on 23rd August 2024, who shall then give all further directions as to how the Mediator should proceed . It is agreed that the costs of the Mediation shall be borne by both the parties equally. 4.

The Mediator is requested to file her report in this Court on or before 4th October, 2024. If the Mediator requires any further time to file her report, parties are at liberty to move this Court seeking an extension. 5.

Stand over to 4th October, 2024 'For directions'. 6.
