Adv. C. C. Deshpande seeks time to file reply to Civil Application No. 264 of 2025 after ascertaining the position about orders of rent paid from the year 1979 till today. Since the issue involved in the petition is mainly with respect to default in payment of monthly rents, it is necessary to grant an opportunity to the respondent to place on record the details about payments made by the tenant. 1/2

By order dated 17.04.2025, time was granted for the same reason, however, time is again sought. By way of last chance, time to file reply is granted to the respondent.
