Mr. Usmanpurkar, learned counsel for respondent no.1 would submit that this is a consecutive application filed within four months after passing of the earlier order and he seeks some time to respond to the application.

The learned counsel for the applicants would submit that the

( 2 ) 956 CA 10606 OF 2025 earlier withdrawal was to the extent of the amount which is admitted by the Insurance Company. It is submitted that so far as interest part is concerned, the civil application is filed for withdrawal of such part. 3.
