The civil application is filed for condonation of delay of 418 days caused in filing the first appeal. Perused the application and heard learned advocate for the applicant. Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that the applicant had filed review application No. 42 of 2023, which was dismissed on 17.08.2025 and therefore, delay is caused. Considering the reasons stated in the application and the lis between the parties is to be decided finally on merits, the application is allowed. The delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned in the interest of justice.
