Instant application is for restoration of the Writ Petition No. 10846 of 2015, which was dismissed by conditional order dated 16.07.2024 for not taking steps against unserved respondents within stipulated period of four weeks. Learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to serve unserved respondents, if hamdast is allowed, and to work out the matter diligently.

In view of the above, and on above condition that matter would be worked out diligently, the order dated 16.07.2024 is recalled. The Writ Petition No.10846 of 2015 stands restored. Civil Application No. 856 of 2025 is accordingly disposed off.

Learned counsel for the applicant to supply copies within one

-2- 40-CA-856-2025 week. On supply of copies within one week, issue notice to the unserved respondents in the main writ petition, returnable three weeks thereafter. 4.

Hamdast is allowed.
