This is an application for restoration, seeking condonation of delay of 114 days and for quashing the order dated 10.04.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing registration of the Second Appeal for failure to remove office objections.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

For the reasons mentioned in Paragraph 3 of the Civil Application, the same is allowed, subject to cost of Rs. 2000/- to be paid to the Advocate Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad. The delay of 114 days caused in filing the Civil Application is condoned. [ 4.

The applicant is permitted to remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today. On removal of office objections, the Second Appeal be registered.
